The majority of his listing have aftermarket parts which he lists as custom... pretty common on ebay... I know it is confusing to many buyers but it seems to be the way business is done on ebay

Unfortunately it's not uncommon on ebay.
The process is: Take genuine Rolex watch Remove dial and bezel Replace with "custom" dial and bezel (or fake depending on your angle) Sell (or attempt to sell) at significant mark up because now it's "custom" Sell genuine dial and bezel separately to maximise profit Members here consider the dials fake, ebay allow this to happen as the sellers clearly state custom dial and/or bezel in the listing. |

However, seller has created a SS Daytona blue dial - blue bezel to appear as though it follows the new ceramic design. That doesn't even exist yet he/she states authentic NOT custom. Shouldn't those versions be reported as fake? Excuse my naivety! Cheers |
