Rolex explorer strap questions (brand suggestions)

Hi,

I have been seeing a lot of Everest rubber strap or rubber B, and soon I will be joining the rolex club. However, I'm thinking to get few straps for my Watch 2-3 NATO, 1 rubber and leather, but I wonder if it's worth to dropping $200 on a rubber/leather strap or get some decent ones for under $100? I'm really new to straps and stuff. So, please give some advice, and if possible recommendation on some brands for strap and the strap removal tool.

Hey Yun! what Rolex timepiece are you getting? I have my GMT (Batman) on a Blue Rubber B strap and get many compliments. I also feel that it is very well made. I am planning on getting the black vulcanized with the blue line in the center. You are going to enjoy your watch very much!
