Saw this one posted on another website. Looks slightly odd to me but I don't have a lot of experience. What do you guys think?

The date is suspect. Looks a bit left.

Other than that, nothing is jumping. Excluding the insert, I never judge Gmt inserts.

Too many variations? I tried to follow the insert thread in the reference section. Each genuine one looked different. How is anybody to tell if its real?

Yep.

We dont have the luxury of a pearl to help with authenticating.

Also, such a prevalence of aftermarket inserts, and genuine inserts, yield them a small portion of my overall authenticity assessments.

I hope if it was sold that the buyer got a real watch. Seemed like a good deal if real.

Suspiciously like the other 16710 real/fake posted here a few days ago, which majority said was fakey mcfakester. Maybe the poster swapped the dial with the older one as suggested by the replies. I still see several red flags about this one. Too bad for the buyer.
