In six pages, I went from eye-rolling, to smiling, to outright laughing.

He should run for Congress though - he's got some talent in the flip-flopping dept.

So it's either the secretary that's done the dirty or she got conned it's been investigated.

And I will be back to prove the people who are accusing me of trying to pass a fake as a real, as a poster said why would I list the faults all I was doing is trying to find some information as this is my first rolex. For my collection.
Good Lord... How did I miss this thread!?

this just keeps on getting better and better..

or should I say worse and worse.

Hysterical one time all the way through read though! This guy is like my friend's 17 year old son. BS after BS to cover up his BS. Believable at first because you want to give him the benefit of the doubt but then you just don't know whether to cry or laugh.

IBTL!

If you purchased from a retailer was this a Rolex authorised dealer? Either way I would take up any issues/concerns with them in the first instance

The OP did not pass the "smell test" from post one.

He's still been logging in up to today, which is somewhat puzzling... Can't believe this thread is almost a month old!

The OP has been logging on at a time 6hrs later than your post....
It's not a puzzle to me, he is a genuine Billy Liar who has been caught out.
Any subsequent pic/image that he may post will undoubtedly be a stock image trawled from the internet.
At least this thread has been good for a laugh.....

OP bought a fake online and read it was "good" enough to fool anyone even a trained jewler, or some such BS. He wants to test his fake to see if it "passes" by fooling genuine Rolex owners. Then he can post it on Craigslist and say he bought it an an estate sale, or inherited it from his rich uncle who passed away (therefore doesnt know if its counterfeit or not, hence the $2000-$4000 price he intended to sell it for). And walk away a few thousand bucks richer.
