I came across this auction last night and I seriously have my doubts as to the authenticity.

The photos are very blurry and the seller hasn't responded to my message requesting additional information, photos, and receipts. I'm looking to buy a similar pen for my mother in-law this holiday.

I can't believe this seller is still peddling these garbage fakes.

I ended up ordering one and luckily was able to get a refund in full after confirming it's worse than a disposable BIC.

Please flag this seller so they can be stopped. I've flagged them several times over the last week and nothing has come of it. I also spoke with eBay customer service and was instructed to request a refund upon delivery. That was a no brainer but the lady I spoke with was completely amiss.

The seller has sold a bunch and so far no one has complained
