Service for 14060M in Shanghai, China?
Hello -
Does anyone have experience with routine Rolex service and cleaning in Shanghai, China? I have a 14060M in very good condition but overdue for some TLC. Many thanks for any thoughts or suggestions! |

Yes, they are pretty useless.
I received a 16528 back with bent sub-dial hands. |

I've had the same question for years. I know quality of service getting better in China and blablabla.. but it's true to question Rolex on it also. I live there for years and I know that even in the top world service companies in China you can get scammed like on a street market. So I'm hesitant just like you. I'm just scared about things like "what if one of the service technicians at RSC finds a good opportunity to replace one key mechanical component of your watch by a fake one and sell yours to his cousin's friend from the SC next door" This sort of think - constantly happening here. I just hope Rolex is very keen to implement top quality service in China, and they are heavily investing in a new building just for that. But there's a risk to take. The RSC is on Huaihai rd. Premium location. You'll be well welcomed for sure. I'll bring mine to them in the coming months probably. Let us know your return on experience. Cheers, Chris |
