Help pen repair needed

Long story short...my psycho PITA future ex over screwed cap onto my MB LaGrande, then she took pliers to both cap and bottom and tightened down wrong way even further.

I cannot budge cap at all. I've tried hot air but can not twist cap off. Any ideas?

Yeah. Get thee to Montblanc Service. Best bet is to contact the Texas service center directly and ask their help. They be good folk!
