Sorry let me explain... it's a member owned club. I had heard they had to chip in 70K to be a member and get it built. Bighorn is a gated community in Palm Desert. https://www.bighorngolf.com/

Is this like a retirement community sort of thing? Get rich and go swing in the desert for 20 years? Could be fun I’ll admit but wouldn’t be my choice. To each his own.
