puzzled!
Hi All, I have two questions and looking to get some clarification if possible.
I inherited an old submariner from my dad, 5513, in perfect working order with original bracelet and glass etc. In really good condition for it's age, approx 50yrs..iv67. meters first. Can anybody tell me about them and the providence behind them. getting lots of mixed opinions. Thank you. I also have a rolex sub with the anniversary green bezel, but I want to know if the bracelet on it was matt and polished finish? I hope that makes sense. Thank you in advance.. Neicon |

Look up the 5513 matte website - just google and you will find the various models across the year. 1967 model does correspond to meters first dial.
Upload some photos and ppl can chime in better |

Get the 5513 to an expert indie Rolex specialist watchmaker and have the movement given a full service, along with pressure testing. If that is the original crystal, it is now very old and brittle, and it should be replaced.
