I have to buy a vintage rolex to keep for life I have a budget from 7000 to 8000 euros
which model and reference I have to look for

Maybe it depends on your age , but for me a Rolex Prince - perhaps the Drs version , would be very nice to wear with great style, you might have to bargain hard but hey, half the fun is in the hunt.

You could probably find a late 80's 5513 in that ball park. It would have white gold surrounds but would check a lot of vintage boxes: 1) tritium 2) acrylic 3) lug holes. Since you are Italy you should be in luck, there are vintage shops all over the place. I am looking forward to visiting some when I come over in July. Good luck with your search.

For around 8000 euros you can probably find a 1680 in okay shape.

Listed at $10.250 usd, but there’s probably a little wiggle room. Original dial and hands, case was professionally refinished and has a dome crystal. A great watch with no issues.

I know all this because it was mine up until a couple weeks ago! Has been replaced by this:
