Rolex Authentication

Good afternoon everyone,

I'm new to the rolex forums and am in the process of purchasing a new model Explorer 2. Would anyone have or know a business in the Austin Texas area that could authenticate this watch for me?

Are you willing to drive a couple hours? There is a Rolex Service Center in Dallas.

Why would you need the watch authenticated?

Surely you wouldn't buy it from someone you don't trust, would you?

If you don't trust the seller, don't buy. Everytime you have your watch opened you risk getting a hair or some other small grit in the works.

Buy from a trusted dealer on this site, and no worries.
