Basel 2018 Timeline Refresher
So Basel starts Thursday 3/22 (although there may be a press day on Wed 3/21 at nights?).
That's roughly 34 days from now. With a lot of companies, we will begin to see "Pre-Basel" introductions of new models. With Rolex, not so much. Maybe a few cryptic teasers. When will the information be available to the public? Will Rolex update its site first on 3/22 or will people who visit Basel have to post on our forum to let us know what models are new (even if they post pics weeks later)? |

If I’m not mistaken (probably), teasers usually start a couple of weeks prior.

Why all the excitement? New models, if shown, will not be available to the public several months thereafter. And, for the majority - one year or more on waiting lists. I have stopped caring tbh. Life's to short to get hung up in waiting lists. The 2nd hand market is fully available and has a plethora of nice Rolex watches.
