Not available new in the US, but they are available in Canada and elsewhere throughout the world. Unlike Rolex, they are not restricted to import to the US.

Those two are not made any longer, so you should try to find used. Try e-bay if you're brave enough. VRF or Timezone are good sources as well.

Just to add, Tudor watches officially being sold in the United States had been discontinued as of 2004. You will not find them at most ADs but I have seen a couple Tudors before at one AD that was selling vintage Rolexes here in San Francisco.
I remember back in 2000 one of the first times I first went to an AD, I always saw the Tudors right next to the Rolex in the showcase. Those days are long gone...
