I typically travel with my GMT. The only thing really I consider is if I’m going to be around a lot of sand I prefer a brushed bracelet and then I may take my sub.

You should be able to get a good deal on travel right about now!

I would wear the GMT on a strap.

I would take the BLNR.
I took my YM-II.

Amazing place. Best island destination in the world IMO. Enjoy!

It was a hard decision but the BLNR won out.

First and foremost ... enjoy the Maldives! It's the most beautiful place on earth if you love the water. Hands down.

We try to go every year. I always take my old GMT. Last year had to make the decision between the GMT and a Vacheron Overseas. Going through airports, carrying luggage around, getting on and off of the sea plane, snorkeling, etc. All lead me to go for the more robust watch. Plus, the GMT is made for travel.

Thanks. That was pretty much my reasoning in making the final choice.

Hard to go wrong with those choices, but I would choose the Aquanaut to have something slightly different...have a great trip!

My wife went there last year and left both me and her watches at home. She said it was one of the best vacations she's had. Not sure if I should be happy or worried.

Enjoy and stay safe! I read things are a little shaky over there these days...

Both of them. Assuming they have a safe, great to have the pair
