Trading 15300BA for an 5167A

I am interested if you would you trade 15300BA (2012, serviced 2015) for an Aquanaut 5167A from 2006. No additional payment (mistake in the poll above)

I would not personally. If it were the 5164 Travel Time, then I would do the trade of your 15300BA + cash for it.

AP's recent releases of numerous YG references should help the trade/resale value on your watch.

I recently acquired a 15450BA. I am loving YG at the moment.

I like the 5164 as much as the next guy but if you gave me both of those watches I gather I could sell the 5167 in 24 hours and for more money than the 15300 YG on strap which could take months to move at a fair price.

Good point Tom.

I was speaking from my own experience of having owned both the 5164 and 5167. I much preferred the Travel Time for its perfect weight and GMT function.

But you're absolutely right, the 5167 would be much easier to move.

It is sad that I am analyzing the trade solely based on cost but it is so hard not to these days...

Such is the nature of the beast these days. I'm not buying pieces I like because they may be "hard to move" down the line. Everything I hold now seems to be as good as cash in a bank account.
