Opened up this Belle Meade store pick for tonight...also the Polar Explorer has been my daily wearer since picking it up a couple weeks ago.

Never had Belle Meade before. What kind of bourbon is that? Wheater? You have a good selection.

Thanks, It's actually got a pretty high rye make-up...around 30% I believe. I usually prefer wheaters over rye, but this one is very good...the cask strength seems to cover some of the typical rye notes, at least for me, but still a bit of spice. Worth a shot if you can find it.

I love rye! Must be the Canadian in me lol. I'll definitely have to give that one a try.

Since you like wheaters, have you ever had larceny before? I found one here but I'm not sure if I should pick it up. It's a bit expensive.
