This may be a stupid question but do the boutiques offer any discounts? I've heard people getting 20% off the 15450 at an AD

Rare, let alone on a blue one...unless you're some Jedi negotiator. You can get an extended warranty and a service thrown in for not too much hassle, however

I can't really explain why I didn't love the fit of my jumbo - the integrated lugs then flatness of the watch just didn't sit so great for my bony wrist. This 15450 being a bit smaller and thicker may be the ticket. Hate to pay retail for it as I agree it's niche and flipping will hurt, no matter the blue dial. And I have the 5711 so there's that
You certainly aren't alone. I have heard polarizing views on the fit of the jumbo. I think with the stiff bracelet it is a must to try it on first. I didn't have any trouble with it when I sampled but my wrist is around 7".

Hopefully some get to ADs and we can score a nice price

I've used my Jedi skills to get a Diet Coke at a Rolex AD

Looks really nice, I need to try one on, I had dismissed the 15450 due to the size of the dial but with limited choices now, this is something to give serious consideration if you want a blue dial RO. I guess I missed the news about the yellow gold and blue dial last year, looks amazing!

Lucky enough to have found a blue dial 15450. Love the way that it normally looks just like a dark dial, just in certain light conditions the blue comes to life.

a previous post here mentioned having 7.75 wrist and considering the 450. please be forewarned, at that wrist size the bracelet may be too small, or at very least extremely tight.

i have a 7" wrist, out of the box the 450 fits me perfectly with just a slight amount of slack. but that's it... no extra links. I'd imagine a 7.75 wrist is going to need at least one additional link, depending on how loose one likes to wear.

enjoying this recent addition...

I tried on the 15450 at an AD today. They didn’t have any SS models, so I tried on TT. It fit perfect on my 6.5”. I really want the blue dial, it’s boutique only and near impossible to get. The white/silver and grey dials seem easier to get.
