ROLEX 116622 Steel/Platinum Yacht-Master Blue

i recently admired this watch on a colleague, it seems to be under the radar. Just curious what people think of it?

This is the watch that got me into Rolex. I really like that sunburst blue.

I love this watch.

Very underrated IMO. Wears incredibly comfortable like a Daytona with the curved/slim lugs.

I think it’s a great option for those who like the look of a rotating bezel but don’t like the diver look, ie, Subs and GMT Masters.

Beautiful watch, althought I prefer the older blasted platinum dials.

I just purchased one and absolutely love it! Unlike the submariner, you seldom see this model in the wild. So the relative "uniqueness" really appeals to me. On top of that, I find it to be the perfect combination of sportiness, elegance, and class.

I highly recommend taking a serious look at this model.

The Yachtmaster is that unique watch that is easily dressed up or down. The platinum bezel is classy yet not obtrusive. In a moment of weakness I traded my first Yachtmaster but I came to my senses and it is back in the herd!

I love the blue dial on the 6 digit versions Bas. I do agree with you regarding the dials on the early 5 digit models. They really sparkle

Beautiful watch. I like the red second hand. It really pops with the blue sunburst dial.

Nice! The blue YM is what the sub could be if it wasn't such a delicate flower.

Stunning piece! I have the rhodium dial, my first sunburst Rolex dial. Pictures don’t do these YMs Justice. The blue is just incredible. Great photo!
