Nice.

This is how I feel about my Black GMT. It is simple. I like so many of the watches, but in the end, I know this simple black GMT goes with everything and never lets me down. It kind of put a stop to all my desire to get another watch in the sub-$15k range.(DJ41, Hulk, used TT, etc..)

Now, in the PM ranges, well, I still dream.....

That’s such a good point

One person wrote today that he bought a deep sea but never wore it much due to the weight. It’s why the SS is so enduring.

It has to be beautiful and practical ....

Congrats!
You describe how I feel about my Exployer I Ref. 214270.
The Air King adds some nice touches. Enjoy.

I feel the same way about mine. If anything, I just want this and a nice, dressy gold Rolex. Everything else feels unnecessary.

I think that’s going to be my next find. I’m not keen on the green but I love the simplicity. This or possibly the explorer. I like both since they are black to go against my polar expII.

Agreed. I always wanted a Rolex on jubilee but now that I have a SkyD, getting a DJ on jubilee would be redundant since the fluted bezel and case shape makes them look too alike.

I've also always wanted a DD so I'll save up my pennies for that instead. Hopefully by the time I'm ready to pull the trigger the DD will feature an annual calendar.

No interest in the divers (I have a seamaster) and GMT (got the SkyD) and the Daytona is too dainty.

I just love looking at the dial all day. The mix of fonts and colours is dazzling

+ it’s the new CL BTW, a joy to use with the 11-23 for urban walkabout ;)
