He goes by Joe, at least that what he said. His banking information was also send, however he did said he wasn't the acct holder.
This individual also displayed very poor English which lead me to believed he has no association with high dollar fine watches. FYI, the pictures in his Paul Newman Daytona post were also copied from Bernard Watch. Google joesm39... |

i think i know who this guy is...I found him on timezone about 3-4 months ago on a GMT.
i asked him to take a picture with his name and current time on a note and put the watch at 6 9 and 12 o'clock. this way i can at least tell if he's got the watch. after giving me bunch of excuses he stopped contacting me. Man I just hate this, so many scammers out there..reference check on buyers and sellers is a must must must~!! |

Even I contacted him for the 18K YG Daytona and when I tried to verify the ref.s he gave me, no body agreed or even remembered if they had any transaction with him,so that raised the red flags for me. He appears shady to me

He's a member on TRF and from Michigan.
Looking at his spelling and grammar is amazing. I hope this works out for you. If not, I believe he has cooked his goose on this forum, and others. Bad service, and scams, tend to cause negative word-of-mouth press. Terry Newton

This guy joesm39 has now been banned.
It's a pity there wasn't this discussion on 14 October when this thread was created. The for sale item was removed as soon as it was brought to my attention that a photo was being shown of another seller's watch. Anyone that uses another persons photo again will have a public message printed about their conduct in their for sale thread, whether it is a mistake or not they will receive a public rebuke.

I had a couple of conversations with this guy as well.he talked about how much he hated scammers-what a crock.
he was supposed to send me some literature from his "supposed" business which never came so I figured he was at the least not a man of his word. |

filed a chargeback claim with my CC as well due to my experience with PP in the past.. they seem to do a horrible job in recovering funds from the fraud seller....now its just a waiting game.
