This came in a bunch of inserts I have, and was labeled Tudor.

I can't seem to find much on it. The color is very nice deep burgundy, the font is off white and non-serif thin font.

Outside dimensions approx 37.6mm, inside 30.6mm

Did see one reference for sale of one for a Tudor 75090/190?

Dimensions are similar to the GMT II sapphire inserts. The red color is interesting.
