16800 Dial Repair

Gentlemen who's help should I seek regarding a 16800 Dial which has a tritium chipping problem on one of the markers ? Its from a 85-86 model with the WG markers ? Thanks for the guidance

I believe there are therapists that specialise in “Loupe Therapy” …..
