I wear a suit everyday and do wear different types of sport watches with either a black or stainless bezel. I’ve actually contemplated and probably will go forth with buying a datejust only for work as it’s the most versatile and fitting as a whole. IMO colored bezels are more for casual days or dependent on your suit attire as a whole.
Some may disagree. |

Yes, go ahead. Otherwise you would only wear it during the weekend? If you are WIS, you wear what you like. However, for more formal occasions, I would just wear something else.

this is just funny reading some of the responses. why ANYONE WOULD CARE what others think of their fashion/watch combos is beyond me. if anyone is actually and truly "bothered" by it, IMO, i would only wear the combo to find out who those people are and do everything in my power to avoid them at all costs forever.

Suits should be worn with a dress watch. The only exceptions are suits with Submariners.
But hey, sounds like you have a good excuse to buy a dress watch! |

Varies from person to person, taste to taste. I think sport models look good with suits, unless it's an extremely formal suit/look that really asks for a thin watch on leather or similar.
