is this AD crazy or what ???
This is the price for an LV from a Las Vegas AD. They have been very nice telling me that they could have hold the watch for me until december....if I would have payed the full amount with an international money transfer....
$6400.00 US Dollars + 7.75% Tax - $496.00 Total $6896.00 US Dollars ??? I mean....is this the right price ?? I've just got it brand new in Italy for 4200.00 €.... They have been very pushy..calling me no matter what my local time was..... Screw them...of course |

Why would you pay tax if you're coming in from Italy? The problem would be coming back and getting stung for EU taxes when you declare.

I was at the AD in Tulsa today, LV was 6400 + tax and no discount at all. Regular sub was 6000 + tax and MAYBE 5% discount.

The retails in the UK for a LV is currently £3690, which works out at $5350, and most ADs are either going by the older price of £3200 or giving a bit of a discount! As stated above, i guess the days of buying from the US are over for us in Europe, i used to get a good amount of stuff from the states when it was $2.05 to the £, now it's $1.45

There are some GREAT deals out there if you shop a little. My M series was $4600 (boxes, papers, etc) in as new condition. I ROUTINELY see them for $5000 or less. Here's mine...
