INCOMING 14060m 4 Liner
Grabbed this beauty from a fellow TRFer this afternoon and I love it. It looks brand new (2010 random serial), unpolished etc. I really, really like the look of it and prefer it to the 6 digit case style.
Trash can clasp is definitely a thing, but once it's on your wrist who cares! Super comfortable, light, and just so classy. It may just be my eyes, but the brushing on this watch looks much more intense than my LV sub. The brushed surfaces on the case look like my Royal Oak's and I really like it. I bought this to wear in what's now a pretty deep rotation, but I would not have purchased this as an everyday watch over the 114060. The build quality of the 6 digits is miles "better", and if I was buying one watch to daily it would definitely be a 6 digit. The bracelet/clasp takes the cake. For my situation right now though it's perfect :) very happy.

Congrats! Mine has picked up lots of little nicks and scratches over the last few years, and I wouldn't trade it for any other Sub or Sub Date out there!

Well done! 5 series wins over 6 series in my book every time on the subs and GMT's as dislike the maxi case proportions

Great watch! Works on a variety of NATOs too, if you’re up for a switch.

Thanks, and the versatility is the watch’s best attribute. Great on bracelet or nato, and I have worn mine on a two piece shell cordovan strap in #8 that I dig as well. Enjoy the hell out of it! |

Many don’t like the clasp and the bracelet. However, those characteristics make it lighter. Which is why I prefer it.
