Nato: Original Spring Bars or After Market?

Has anyone here uses an aftermarket spring bars for nato straps to prevent damage on the original spring bars? I’ve been hearing some bad nato strap stories when it comes to their Rolex.

Most stories you hear are just that. People using the wrong spring bars, or older spring bars is the issue. A nato will release if the spring bar is defective, where on a bracelet it will wedge itself in between the lugs and not release as easily. Luckily on a nato you have the other side connected, unless you use a crappy spring bar.

I use a ton aftermarket spring bars, but I use the correct ones and good ones. Not some package of 200 on amazon and expecting the best.

Here is a video I did showing how the correct spring bars work on a nato. https://youtu.be/7HR348Kka0s

I sent you a dm. But Ofrei sells some good ones, but their shipping is triple what it should be.
