Not all Rolexes have the dial color stated on the warranty card?

on most models but not all?

I think only those purchased in the US state the dial color and type (eg Black Index) on the card. International ones do not. Just the model and serial numbers.

there are variations for sure. Not sure if its all models or not but its along those lines AFAIK.

UK/EUR versions of the James Cameron just say 116660.

I believe USA ones actually say D-BLUE on the card.

Strange, so no way of knowing what color/type of dial came with the watch from the factory?. I have also notice that some warranty cards identify the bracelet style # and metal too.

Possibly on models where there is more than one choice?

Ie no need to specify anything on an Explorer 1, metal type on Explorer 2 etc?

Double checked my 116500 and it has the color on it. I didn't think it did.

The card for my white 116500 does not specify the color.

Purchased from outside the US.

Ha, I had to go check my 114060 warranty card too.. but yes mine says color and bracelet number.. from an AD in Pennsylvania in Jan of 2018
