Questions/Advice regarding the Astron line
typo: ASTRON line.
I'm brand new to Seiko, and am considering one as a daily 'beater'. This would be an option in lieu of adding a more expensive PAM 682 submersible as a daily watch, given what I already own, and that I'm waiting on a Daytona-C. I've looked at the Seiko website a few times and really like the limited edition Prospex SPB071J1, although I wish it had a day/date function. I'm very intrigued by their solar watches and have liked the look and function of the blue dial SNE329. I'm curious about the accuracy of this watch for those who have it-- is it as accurate as a comparable quartz, or more like an automatic movement? I also REALLY like the Astron 8X world time SSE111J9 model with the titanium case and bracelet, and ceramic bezel. I'm not a world traveler, but I love the GPS tech and I'm guessing the watch is rather comfortable despite its size, given the titanium construct. Having said that, I can't see any real pics of the watch on google nor do I see it sold anywhere outside of being listed on seikowatches.com. Is the watch in production/circulation? Any advice the above watches would be much appreciated. Last edited by bruinmd; 8 June 2018 at 07:41 AM.. Reason: spelling error |
