Rolex and Tudor Movement Similarities

Are there design similarities between the movements in the Tudor GMT (5652) and the Rolex GMT (3285)?

Likewise are there design similarities between the movement in Tudor Black Bay date watches (5612) and the Rolex 3235?

Can either brand's movements above be said to be superior to the other in terms of reliability, robustness, accuracy, etc.?
