Good Relationship/Trust/Purchase History seem to all play a part.
I'm sure having a watch-crazy bachelor Uncle who goes to the same AD doesn't hurt either, but that's not my case. I'm a middle-of-the-road customer who's been building a good relationship. I'd like to think that has bumped me up the 116500 and the BLRO list, but time will tell.
