AD discounts in south East UK?

I am ready to buy a white dial op34. Local AD says no discounts on Rolex. Looking for fresh intel if this is the same across the board. I'm happy to go anywhere in London or southeast UK. Will want to have it done before first of September for her birthday.
Thanks.

Try buying from Heathrow airport and you won’t pay VAT

Even “up north” I don’t see them taking much off an OP34.... at £3700 it’s a great price and they shouldn’t need to discount....just buy it!

AD’s in the U.K. are discounting less and less.

Doesn’t seem that long ago I got £250 off a BLNR and a hulk - zero chance of that nowadays.

Not much chance of a discount - but even if you could get one it may not be worth your time, trouble and effort to save a few quid relative to the price of the piece.

If you see what you want at retail then I would go for it !

I do wonder how funny the North / South commentary must be for the non UK members haha !

Spoke to a second AD, he said no discounts under £7k.
Will be buying at MSRP.

I think in Europe it's not possible to get any kind of discount on a hot SS model.

Thanks.
Rolex T5 will order in most models other than SS sports so you can buy tax free.

Remember UK prices are amongst the cheapest in the world.
Significantly cheaper than most of Europe and USA, even at RRP it’s a great price.

Managed to get 5% off a new Datejust SS with fluted bezel from an AD I'd never bought anything off before. However this was around £6900 before discount.
