Glidelock

Just a question. I just bought my 3rd Sub C with a glidelock bracelet. It’s been 4 months without my last one during which time I’ve been wearing a Breitling Superocean Heritage II which in my opinion has a very hard locking clasp. Is my new Sub normal in that the clasp seems to open under very very little pressure?

Sounds normal in comparison to the Breitling - Those clasps are pretty stiff.

Thanks for the replies. I just was concerned, and yes the Breitling's almost feel like they are being broken when you close and open them.

My 116610LN clasp opens easily, too...I was a little surprised how little pressure needs to be applied but it’s never come open on its own, etc.

Sold first one during a divorce. Got all my money back. Sold second one out of boredom. Big mistake. Bought third. Done.

They do not open easily. There’s a hinge on the clasp which releases it. Try pulling up on the latch with the Rolex logo and then try to open the clasp without unhinging it
The Rolex clasp is simply a better design than the Brietling
