Just go to King's Cross station, platform 9 3/4s. Take it to Hogsmeade. Once you get off, find a store called Dervish & Banges. Ask for Sir Rabbit. Rolexes done up in the French partner way are a speciality for Sir Rabbit, who is the foremost expert in the world. Even Eric Ku defers to Sir Rabbit. It will take some time to restore it, but it will be worth it.

The OP will figure it out eventually. I am clueless myself regarding what he's referring to in his post.
