Daytona availability in Hong Kong
Anyone have any luck finding a ceramic Daytona in Hong Kong? Going to be in the city for 2 weeks. Thinking with the number of dealers it's my best chance to find one (besides waiting another 2 years)
Any thoughts? Am I wasting my time walking to most rolex dealers in kowloon or on HK isalnd? |

You are wasting your time if you are trying to buy from AD at MSRP.
There are lots of D500 at greys (tsim sha tsui area) and be ready to pay anywhere from $20K to $25K US for it. |

Daytona availability in Hong Kong

+1 You're wasting your time trying to buy from AD at MSRP. It was extremely hard when it was announced 2.5 years ago but is next to impossible now with SS shortage This and above comment will be similar for anywhere in world, particularly in a mad crazy watch place like Hong Kong or any major metropolitan city. You might win the lottery and find it at some random AD in the middle of nowhere or maybe some airport but you would need that sales rep to be feeling generous that day for you too! Otherwise you're best bet is grey dealer or sit and wait. Sorry just reality Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

HK has to be one of the worst places to find a watch at retail as there is tons of money there. An AD in a small town in the midwest or south is a better bet but its still probably not happening.

There are zero SS: Submariners, GMTs or Daytonas in Hong Kong ADs. It’s been a while like this. There are hundreds of them, including Daytona in Mong Kok. One large grey dealer had over 60 Daytonas in their window. The previous model is going for the same, or higher than the current model.

Probably the worst place on earth if you're looking to get one at retail from an AD.

HK has one of the highest concentration of grey dealers in the world. I'm sure you will find many Ceramic Daytonas, but not at AD's.

Never seen a single SS Daytona on any display at any AD on my 15years of living in Hong Kong. You have to be their +VVVIP customer to have the pleasure to purchase the grailtona on a premium
