Correct, I purchased the SS BLRO for $10,600 (CDN MSRP)

As for advice, the supply and demand is outrageous at the moment; watches do arrive but are sold within a day.

My suggestion, would be go into an AD (that you know) and hopefully you will get lucky, but remember they want a customer for life not just one for watches only. I have purchased a few jewelry pieces (totaling approx. $3,000 over 6 years) and have referred clients to them. I would also just go in and say hi to my sales associate, chat and remind her that I am still interested in the watches that I did have on order.

If you have to buy the wife/gf or something for yourself, maybe purchase it from the AD. This shows them that you are not just a watch client. Yes, (as we all know) the store makes more profit on jewelry than watches, but sometimes as a client you have to bite the bullet and play by their rules in this instance, as it will/could possibly lead to better and bigger things (possibly the SS watch you are looking for or that watch on order!)

Again, I am not saying buy thousands of dollars worth of jewelry just to get a SS watch but my very first purchase (in 2012) was $800 and 4 years after that, my associate called me out of the blue just to ask if I was interested in a TT Sub (at that time the demand wasn't as crazy as it is now).

The rest for me is history, I have been waiting in line like everyone else and have gotten lucky that the watches I have ordered have arrived quicker than expected (exception Daytona-C). Now, I can say that I have an established relationship with my AD (6 years in the making ).
