Aftermarket bakelite and later hands with aftermarket seconds hand. Can’t say for sure about the dial without comparing it further but overall not a great feeling on this watch.

Greetings rolexchallenge, I don’t class myself as an expert , I’m sure those more in the know will chime in, but for what my opinions worth from the photo (albeit a little fuzzy) the hands are replacements and not 6542 correct, and it could be the light but the Gmt hand looks an odd colour, the bezel to me looks like it’s what I call a Fakelite , but pretty close to the original design , and obviously the date wheel is in trouble but that can easily be remedied and looks like it could be the original red/ black wheel but it’s difficult to see the shape of the numerals clearly from the photo , regards
