Rolex service center in Dubai
8 weeks ago I gave my Rolex watch to the center, to do a normal service and after I accept their invoice with the amount 1200$ and the time come to collect it, i found out that they have damaged my Dial which was not exist or written in the technician report when I gave them the watch, unfortunately when I asked them to fix their mistake, they refused unless I pay extra 700$, I didn't take my watch till now, do you have any advice, thanks for all members of the forum.

Welcome Yehya
Sorry to hear of this. Do you have any photos of the watch, taken before the service to show the undamaged dial? (not conclusive, but may help.) Have you tried escalating the issue to a more senior level within the RSC? I would expect the overall condition of the watch to have be noted upon arrival for a service, including any damage. Did they provide you with a detailed quote before proceeding?
