Oh great, what's that going to do to my accuracy research.
My watch is accurate to 11 seconds, Hic', 11 seconds per month.

"Note: A leap second will be added at the end of December 2008. For more information consult the Leap Seconds. This will be indicated in the digital code until the time of the leap second. DUT1 will go from -0.6 to +0.4 seconds. This will be indicated by double tones near the start of the minute and in the broadcast code."
