From none to 3 piece collection, whats next?

Hey guys first of all i’ve been lurking on this forum for years before i finally pulled the trigger on my first watch in october 2018. Ever since then ive been wearing my 15400 as a daily and no regrets.

Ive been lucky enough to purchase a subC at a boutique last month after waiting 3 weeks, and now it is my daily beater along with my apple watch.

I recieved alot of help here and I want to thank you all for all for many of the responses and information.

I had 0 watches up till october 2018 and now i have a 3 piece collection.

I want to ask if you had a collection like mine, which watch would you go after next? Im not much of a leather strap watch person. I have a general idea of what i may want next either a gold rollie or an offshore.

Any recommendations? Im open to any ideas regardless of what i may want next.

The new CE bezel black / red 42 ROO chrono is a great option to consider. It would add some colour and a chronograph.

But honestly, you’ve got a couple of great pieces there and haven’t really had time to just enjoy those. So I would be patient on adding the next.

Agree with Burlington that you should spend a bit of time enjoying your new watches and getting to know what you like and don’t like about them before you pull the trigger on another one.

That said, my Offshore RG44 is my favorite watch, followed closely by any number of Rolexes. Currently, I most enjoy the 2018 releases: two-tone CHNR GMT and D-blue Deepsea. And, of course, either a Day-Date or PM Daytona always is a great add.

Anyway you go, Rolex and AP are great brands to stick to.

Would go with none. Too much, too fast almost always leads to a fail.

You’re off to a good start. A Daytona 116500, SS BLRO and or Blue Sky Dweller would complement your current collection nicely.

I think you should slow down and enjoy your collection for now. Look around for the next half a year to a year, then decide.

As you want either a gold Rolex or ROO, this would be the ideal choice.

I have the same 2 plus an Aquanaut. My next will be one of the more reasonable pieces from ALS.
