True. Ours would be interesting if it were to happen. The big bite for me would be child support for the next couple years. I have several friends that have got divorced and alimony in Indiana is tough sledding from what I have been told unless someone is disabled.




I run into this every day in my business. We show every client every available option and explain the pros and cons of each, fees included and let the client decide. Transparency is the key.

But as they say, all is fair in love and war (and divorce I guess)

so very true. we do the same. and our mission statement is to build long last relationships. the one off sale is good, but the relationship builds the portfolio.

still tho, as hard as we try....people are still skeptical. reputations can be hard to overcome. we fight it daily. so far, so good though. no complaints.
