I can only think maybe they see you as a Billy Big Bollocks, tipping a lot and not talking much as you're on your email, so the tip isn't because you guys had a great chat. Maybe they think you are trying to buy the rating so they down mark you on purpose, and being American probably doesn't help now, esp if you use money like your main man does.
