What rose gold rolex to get?

I know what WG rolex to get. I have them now. Submariner, GMT II and Daytona.

I know what YG to get. The President Daydate. When i turn 50.

Pt not sure if i want one. Anyway, toss-up between Platona and DD40.

The RG bug has hit me.

My finalists are the Sky-D and the GMT Rootbeer. I like both aesthetically. Wirh the CHNR slightly ahead. The DD and Dayton RGs dont sing to me.

At this point in my collection though, the Sky-D makes sense since i dont have one yet and i have the BLRO already.

What stops me is that among all Sky-D’s, i prefer the Blue dial. Whether Oystersteel or full WG.

Would rather have both RGs but need to just choose one since ive been suckered back into this addiction and purchased several seikos and omegas recently (after i told myself to stop when i completed my trinity last month).

So if you can only have one RG Rolex, which one would be it?

Thanks for your inputs.

I vote the skydweller. I've always liked it simply for the movement but having tried on the solid RG with white dial i think its the one i would go with. I was looking at and comparing the 40mm RG prez vs the Skydweller.

I think a lot here depends on your wrist size. The Sky-D is a bit of a puck, but if you've got a larger wrist to handle it that would be my vote.

That said, for me personally the easy winner would be the RG Yachtmaster.

CHNR GMT Root Beer. When I saw this watch, I was stunned by it's beauty. To me, the RG suits it better than the TT. After this one, my second choice would be the YM in RG with the Oysterdate bracelet. Another stunner!

Cheers,
Carl

For me it's an easy choice of the Sky-D over the GMT. The Sky is larger though, if you can arrange a side by side comparison it might become an easy choice once on your wrist.

Even though I love the CHNR in RG, Sky-D would be hands down, my choice.

CHNR for me. I've never been a fan of gold watches, and even less of a fan of rose gold watches. The CHNR is changing my mind though.

Depends. Do you want to impress in the boardroom? Skydweller. Do you want to impress hot young women? CHNR.

Done.

The Sky D is the Bosses Watch. I feel that it shows wealth and status.

Not many can pull it off, but if you can, that’s the one to get...

I am going to say the Sky Dweller. I think with your collection, this is something new and different. Just my two cents, but in reality there is no wrong answer here!

I'd go for the CHNR but the SkyD makes more sense however if you really want a blue dial then don't force this, you have to love the actual watch not just the place in the collection.
