I'm looking to spend around £500 on an everyday wearer. My current 13 year old kinetic has been claimed by my son.

Needs to be Automatic, stainless, Screw down crown and waterproof as I'll use it while swimming . I don't mind per owned. I quite like the Save the Ocean Samuri. What else should I be looking at. ?

SK for the win! The Turtle has a slight edge with hacking and winding capabilities but can't go wrong with either.

SBDC053 is good or an SKX-009 with modded bezel (fade) or a Turtle.

I would go with a Turtle or a Samurai that has a winding and hacking movement. A lot of choices. I would buy it on a bracelet and then buy the new rubber strap for options.

Saw this on Seiko IG feed. The oyster bracelet really classes the watch up.
