Looking at getting the transocean chrono blue face (SBEC003) very soon. Found a model on Chrono24 for 1600, unworn and unsized by the owner. Only dings the watch has are some micro scratches which I don’t mind; owner said the watch belonged to one of his friends who had it on display at their shop. Anyway, that’s the background; but what do you guys think of the watch and the deal? Anyone own the watch who can tell me some pros and cons? I know it’s a massive watch but that’s what I’m kinda looking for; something unique but also something I don’t have to baby around like my submariner.
