Tudor tiger 79280P

My AD has one in stock.. and I'm interested, but would like to know more. So here are a few questions for our tudor experts (I know there are quite a few here)
1. What year is an H serial?
2. How different is the movement from any other val7750 (hamilton, mido, etc)- what are the modifications that make the tudor special?
3. How desirable (in terms of collectability) is this combo: slate dial, arabic numerals (with shadow font), red tiger lettering, non-oyster bracelet

Thanks for your inputs! Any other advice on purchasing a first tudor would be highly appreciated
