GMT Master II BLRO - bezel issue
Hello everyone!
I was just wondering if it is normal to have a very small gap between the ceramic GMT bezel and the crystal on the watch on the SS BLRO. What I mean is that the bezel is able to move slightly in relation to the crystal, not a lot, but it is noticeable if you check. There also seems to be a little bit of freeplay between bezel clicks (but a really small amount). Are those normal on the new BLRO's and other ceramic GMT's or is it something that should be looked at at a service center? I would be very grateful for any advice! |

What you describe sounds completely normal to me. I wasn’t sure what you meant about the play of the bezel relative to the glass, but then took my GMT off and found that it does have the *very* slightest amount of play if I manipulate it up/down/left/right horizontally. And a very slight bit of space between the bezel & crystal is normal.
Seems ok to me. |

Yes, this is normal. It was when I managed to displace the bezel from the watch, when I found out that the bezel is stuck on the watch by a mere flexible gasket, which is why you have this play...
