116509 Blue Availability in EU

Last October, I came across the 116509 Daytone WG / Blue dial twice in the same 1-week trip in Europe. In fact, in one boutique it was in the case on Sunday and still there the Saturday after.

I know PMs are usually easier to source, but is this still the case nowadays? Specifically this reference.
