I either wear my g shock or Apple Watch when I work out. I can’t see a need to wear a Rolex lol just doesn’t make any sense to me

Not regularly but it has happen. Frequently while traveling, don’t want to risk theft by leaving it in the hotel room.

Its not by choice but by necessity as others have mentioned. I go straight from work and don’t have the luxury to swap out watches. Hence wrist is safer than any other alternative

Usually wear an apple watch to track HR and Calorie burn. Most often leave at home but if coming from work lock in a locker ( don’t love this but.....).

G-Shock for the gym, or no watch at all.

Yes, on days I lift I often wear my hulk.

If I'm boxing/hitting the heavy bag, no. I usually wear my Breitling super quartz and take it off before wrapping my wrists.

I don’t understand why anyone would wear a nice watch to the gym considering the chance of unnecessarily damaging it against a weight, dumbbell, etc.

Often . Perhaps not when I’m doing a kettle bell work out, but Jacobs Ladder And stair climber ,chins ,push-up , tire flips , sledgehammer work sure . But then when I was working ( fire fighter ) I wore it to work .

They’re made to go to the tops of mountains and bottoms of seas ,yet guys are scared to wear it to the gym , unless you’re wearing wraps or straps , and so on , wear it .

It’s just a tool to tell time .

I own the Oyster Perpetual 36 and the intent is to wear it daily. Its pretty much with me all the time. I even ran a half marathon with it.

I wear my Explorer Mk1 in the gym when eg bench pressing using dumbbells and other activities with no problem.
I certainly wouldn’t leave in the locker but don’t wear jogging but then I’m operating from home.

i wear my sub only at the gym. I make it a little bigger (thanks to the glide-lock!) and lift away. Have I scratched it at the gym - yes, but I have scratched it at work too! The only time I do not wear a watch is during boxing. Watches are meant to be worn and enjoyed is my philosophy which inevitably leads to scratches and dings!
