AP 15450 - Dial Colour Question

Hey guys, I'm trying to purchase my first AP - a 15450 but the dealer only has Ruthenium (grey) dial. I'm a few hours away so I can't see it in person. But in the photos and on youtube it looked like the dial didn't provide enough contrast versus a blue or white dial.

They only have grey in stock.

Has anyone seen this colour in person, and just seeing what your thoughts on the contrast vs other dials?

Cheers

I’ve seen and tried on the grey 15450 in person and own a black dial chrono. The grey is much better in person than in pictures. From pictures I thought itd be boring but I was very pleasantly surprised by how it glimmers at different angles

Completely agree with this. I really thought it would be quite bland, but it has quite a lot of life to it in person. It is definitely more subtle than the silver dial though.

personally I found I had an issue with the contrast—the dial color felt too similar to the steel and made the watch feel more “jewelry-ish”. obviously lots of people like/don’t have the same issue though, so YMMV.

Grey looks very nice.
My Choice would be Blue Gray White Black

Think About it,It is a Jewel then a watch.
Contrast ?.well look twice.
first you get distracted by the beauty. Then look at the time.
