Is this a good deal on a Royal Oak 15300ST white dial?

I have the opportunity to buy a 15300ST white dial for $20k. I negotiated down from $22k and the seller won’t go lower. Is $20k a good deal? Comes with box and original papers, but Daren of last service is not known.

39mm RO fits me better than the 15400.

Price looks attractive but condition is crucial. Sure, AP can refinish the watch when they service it but keeping the bevel lines in perfect taper without unnecessary widening is not guaranteed.

Of course keeping the bezel at maximum height is also important, so the screws have that sunk in look.

All that servicing will cost as well but you will have a two year warranty.

I have the exact watch and it is insanely nice

Not a fan of the matte white dial on the 15300, especially when compared to the 15400's silver white one.

Condition info is needed. Easiest way to judge is post some pics here.

If its in good condition, i.e., not polished and is in working order, then yes, its a reasonable deal. Big if though....

would have to be in vg condition in my opinion.

if it is v good condition then i think that is a good buy and 15300 is a perfect size. white dial can be prone to turning cream over time so maybe be aware of that. jump in. if it is in poor condition then i think price needs to be alot lower.

whether or not the watch has been serviced by someone other than AP (or worse yet polished) is a significant issue. many people may not buy unless work/polish demonstrably done by AP.

Try to see if you can push this one down – https://www.chrono24.com/audemarspig...id11515894.htm – and when last serviced, etc.
Or equally – https://www.chrono24.com/audemarspig...id11026474.htm – if you happen to fly to that region.

Yes, I'd favour the black dial here.

Oh, is this a personal preference thread?

I thought the topic was the deal.

In that case, without any doubt my preference is the white

Mine from two days ago and today, different looks, always beguiling

I also prefer the 15300 white to the silver of the 15400. Many others did as well until they stopped making the 15400 silver now everyone aboard the hype train lol

Very generous of you, thanks

I love the watch, the proportions and 39mm size.

Another pic from last week. It’s true the top one has an almost a baby diver quality and the light really shows the incredible origional brushed finish.

What colour dial are you changing it from?

I love how they are letting you do this. AP is such a great brand.
